What You Will Do

• Identify structure, negotiate, and establish financial services strategy within Allo Bank and its ecosystem partners
• Conduct project kick-off that will be attended by relevant stakeholders and ensure to deliver of the key objectives and goal project clearly to all stakeholders
• Identify, and resolve obstacles to complete projects on time and within budget including project plan, business metrics to measure through project stages, risk and issue management, and ensuring project objectives are met
• Deploy learning strategies to gain more information about the market, such as market segmentation, market development, market refinement, and competitive intelligence analysis
• Participate in product roadmap discussion with functional lead, product, and engineering team.
• Work with the partners go to market team to give ideas and utilize the GTM toolkit developed and operated by teams, such as creative strategy, creative assets, media plan, and media placement to support the partnership
• Identify the business value of each product and ensure that each product that will be developed will help to support the company’s target
• Create development planning and execution for collaboration with product, partnership, marketing, brand, engineering, operation, legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure that all stakeholder work aligns with the objectives of product development
• Manage cross-team communication and alignment to ensure the marketing plan with partner run smoothly
• Monitor closely the P&L number for each business stream (payment/transaction, financing, investment, and other businesses) which can also some financial ratios related to it.
• Develop and build business commercial terms

What You Need To Have

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or equivalent.
• Strong time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
