Performance Officer - Restaurant Chains

The Role
We are seeking a Performance Officer to join our team in the Head Office. The Performance Officer will play a critical role in analyzing and identifying areas for improvement in the restaurant chain's operations, processes, and systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Management Team and other stakeholders across the business to ensure the continuous improvement of our operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with different departments to develop and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Conduct regular performance assessments of the restaurant chain's operations, processes, and systems.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Senior Management Team on performance improvements and challenges.
• Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor progress.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders.
• Expertise in performance analysis, process improvement, and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or relevant field.
