Job Description
Kami membutuhkan talenta-talenta terbaik untuk posisi Asisten Manajer Restoran dengan
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan min. D3 bidang hospitality
- Pengalaman min. 3 tahun di posisi yang sama
- Orientasi pada target
- Memiliki jwa kepemimpinan
- Dapat berbahasa Inggris aktif
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:
1. Memahami dan dapat mengimplementasikan standart pelayanan resto
2. Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi operational seialan dengan tujuan perusahaan
3. Mengelola hubungan dengan para vendor dan supplier
4. Memastikan kepatuhan aturan perusahaan dan peraturan dilaksanakan oleh seluruh staff
5. Mengelola dan mengembangkan SDM karvawan
6. Menganalisa dan melaporkan kinerja secara periodik sebagai evaluasi operasional
7. Mengawasi operasional dari hari ke hari dan mengatur team secara profesional
8. Berkolaborasi dengan eksekutif team untuk membangun dan mengimplementasikan tujuan perusahaan
9. Berorientasi pada target dalam mengembangkan bisnis
