Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in Accounting or Finance

0-1 year experience in banking industry or other related sectors

Collect information related to the nature of loan products to make financial model

Monitor the movement of loans, includes disbursement and receipt payment

Identify, analyze, and escalate (if needed) differences between projected and realized disbursements for propose necessary follow-up conducted

Around 6 months experience in AML Transaction Monitoring in a Fintech/ banking environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).

Strong research and analytical skills

Follow up with merchants/ partners to ensure that all the relevant information is available to close transaction monitoring alerts

Prepare and escalate suspicious transaction reports (STRs)

Consolidate multiple data sets from different sources and analyse the data accurately and efficiently

Conducts analysis using general knowledge and frequent application of principles, theories, concepts, techniques, industry practices and standards transportation and logistics

Use comprehensive knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry to make recommendations to establish good customer relations.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience

Expertise in performance analysis, process improvement, and project management.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.

Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Conduct regular performance assessments of the restaurant chain's operations, processes, and systems.

Proven experience and knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering regulations, local regulations

Experience with crypto on-chain monitoring a plus
