Job Purpose and Impact

The CTO Logistics Data & Performance Analyst considered experienced professionals in the Transportation & Logistic space with comprehensive knowledge and flexible skills to independently conduct moderately complex activities in resourceful and effective ways across multiple businesses, countries, projects, etc. This includes market intelligence and data research, creating and maintaining modeling tools & systems, data analysis & interpretation and business consultation & best practice sharing. Responsible for operations of more typical facilities with standard requirements of service. This includes data management, reporting & analysis, shipment execution, client interaction, business partnership, and people, resource, budget & project management.

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze and project transportation costs, coordinating customs clearances and permits.
• Evaluate, select and foster ongoing relationships with external transport providers.
• Performs data entry updates and highlights implications upon conducting data analysis across multiple data sources, and resolves moderately complex data issues between systems & spreadsheets, interpret and analyze data and communicate results for further analysis. Participates in analyzing carrier performance data to optimize/maximize shipment efficiencies.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Provides distribution, transportation, and logistical solutions on inbound or outbound movement of raw material and/or finished product from origin to destination. With limited supervision, executes logistics activities that support the execution of the local supply chain.

• Conducts analysis using general knowledge and frequent application of principles, theories, concepts, techniques, industry practices and standards transportation and logistics
• Use comprehensive knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry to make recommendations to establish good customer relations.
