Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure all interaction services normal and on target service level
2. Monitor and provide response for any escalation
3. Manage and assist workload during peak time to maintain service to customer
4. Perform team monitoring and coaching to improve team performance
5. Coordinate with training team and Quality assurance for quality improvement
6. Representing team on project or initiative
7. Manage relationship with internal Contact Centre and external to follow up customer’s request and solve complaint.
