Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Addressing and resolving customer's complaints
  • Zero Unbalance Cash
  • Manage several Store (XL Center) & Subordinate to serve customer needs excellently
  • Maintain & Ensure the Integrity of all Subordinate
  • Maintain & Ensure both SOP & Compliance work properly
  • Manage Store Profitability
  • Monitor, calculate and analyze Visitor Traffic Trend and KPI
  • Planning daily activities of his/ her subordinates
  • Maintain & Ensure High Net Promotor Score
  • Develop Partners and Resellers to expand Sales & Service
  • Would be take care 4 XL Center Banten Area : Serang, Cilegon Rangkasbitung and Tangerang
Requirements
  • Willing to be placed in Banten
  • Min. 4 years relevant experience in Customer Service or Sales
  • Training and development experience
  • Retail and digital sales management skill
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly motivated person
  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Exceptional customer service or sales skills
