Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing training and coaching to customer service staff
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Creating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
  • Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
  • Monitoring customer feedback and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Managing a team of customer service representatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service management
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
