We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Providing training and coaching to customer service staff
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Creating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
- Monitoring customer feedback and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Managing a team of customer service representatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service management
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
