Customer Service Supervisor Jobs

We are looking to hire an exemplary customer service supervisor to coach our service staff to deliver exceptional customer service in our branch in North Jakarta. The customer service supervisor will build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results.

• Develop a system to document and report for pets including booking and also any incidents or accidents that occur in the facility area.
• Make sure all applications and CS Working tools are manageable.
• Train the team members regarding product knowledge and customer communication courtesy and make sure all skills set to be developed in a team.
• Propose and implement strategies to improve receptionist efficiency and customer/pet satisfaction.
• Develop communication and collaboration for external departments and support working smoothly.
• Monitoring Customer Service work schedule and effectiveness
• Implement disciplinary action as if needed for the team member who are have disciplinary action
• Maintain the working area comfortably and all equipment works well.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Back up customer service operational processes during peak hour as if needed.
• Monitoring daily operation of Customer Service

Requirement

• Proficient English skill and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Available to work shifts
• Willing to be located in Jakarta Utara
• Animal Lover
• At least 3 – 5 years of customer service experience required, previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
• Proficient computer skills
• Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
