Job Description

Our client is Telecommunication company in Indonesia. Established since 2011, they are focusing their business in Internet Service Provider product. Currently they are looking for Account Manager (B2B) to support their growth.


:

•Mengawasi team mengenai implementasi strategi pencapaian target dalam jangka panjang dan jangka pendek

•Memastikan SOP & Strategi yang dijalankan di dalam bagian di bawah kewenangannya sesuai dengan standar yang sudah ditetapkan

•Memastikan team yang berada di bawah kewenangannya bekerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada

•Melakukan pengawasan kerja team yang berada di bawah kewenangannya.

•Mengajukan permintaan biaya kegiatan operasional kepada manager

•Melakukan pembinaan & penyuluhan (coaching & counseling) bagi karyawan yang membutuhkan

•Memeriksa dan menyampaikan laporan kepada atasan

•Melakukan bimbingan dan pengawasan fungsi kerja sesuai dengan WI (work instruction)

•Mengumpulkan dan menganalisa informasi kepuasan pelanggan

•Follow up & Memastikan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kinerja sales dan after sales service

•Laporan dan Analisa Kepuasan Pelanggan (Harian, Mingguan,Bulanan)


Job Requirement :

•Pendidikan minimal SMA, Sederajat

•Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun menjadi Customer Service SPV
