Operation Excellence Consultant Jobs

PT Jola Mitra Utama is currently looking for talented and strong willed candidates for our multinational consultant client , with details as below :

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationship with Senior Management of Operations Excellence customers to manage their expectation and obtain strong buy-in from leadership on business improvement projects
• Manage projectdeliverables to comply with PMO, Operations Excellence methodology and defined company standard
• Ability to deliver and ensure high quality and sustainable project benefits for the company, focusing on eliminating safety risks and incidents, increasing productivity and reducing costs

Qualifications

• Wide experiences in industry and business practices
• Minimum 1 year-experience in Management Consulting with exposure to operations, maintenance, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
• At least 3 year-experience in project planning and implementation, within the mining, other resources, or manufacturing industry
• MBA with operation/business improvement experience is highly preferred.
• Graduate/Master degree in mining and geology engineering related, Industrial Technology, Management Information System, and Business & Economic, General Management or other engineering related field.
