What You Will Do:

1. Develop a sales plan to have a clear strategy, tactics, budget and program
2. Supervise and implement agreed sales targets
3. Coordinate with the marketing line to ensure the implementation of sales plans and achievement of sales targets
4. Looking for affiliate marketing and leads to the dealing process
5. Do the Hard Selling & Soft Selling
6. Perform sales data input and sales data validation
7. Do the case solving that happened to partners
8. Perform payroll and maintain partner/referral marketing
9. Evaluation of sales targets
10. Engaging and dealing with prospective users and users
11. Data reporting (Report data User complete payment)
12. User complete payment create pending payment data reports
13. Collaborate with third parties (Distribution Channel) to increase sales.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) from Marketing/Sales/Communication major

2. Min. 1 year experience as Sales

3. Experience in Edutech/Tech Company Industry
