Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting the growth and success of a talented workforce? We are currently looking for a dedicated People Operations Officer to join our team!


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the Payroll Process, preparing payroll analysis.
  • Monitor Compensations & Benefits programs that comply with applicable laws in Indonesia.
  • Support in budgeting preparation for all HR aspects.
  • Responsible for Performance Management, preparing the performance appraisal for all employees.
  • Maintain and update employee database.
  • Support in budgeting preparation for all HR Aspects.
  • Handle talent acquisition, develop recruitment process from sourcing, and networking until onboarding.
  • Handle all Employee Welfare and Employee Relations (BPJS, Health Insurance, Outings & Employee Communications).


Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to operate as part of a team as well as independently
  • Highly adaptable and personally organized
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with people at various levels, with sound influencing capability
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed oriented and have the ability to multitask, good time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Max 1-year experience related to this role
  • Fresh graduate from Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Natural ability to operate with integrity and confidentiality
