People Development Lead Jobs

The purpose of this role is to be the catalyst in Collection organization for driving hiring, motivational activities and people related initiatives' in the function.

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for hiring in collection department, coordination with HR on progress and plan for fulfilment of hiring gaps.
• Should provide weekly, monthly updates to stakeholders on progress of activities and tasks assigned
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth functioning existing and planned activities. Also, coordinating with vendors on requirements, billing, onboarding them and traction on vendor manpower.
• Responsible for driving games, motivational activities within the department and ensuring proper traction of the same. Need to actively contribute in people initiatives within the department like attrition control, incentive calibration, FGD’s and salary benchmarking etc.
• Will be responsible for tracking, managing inventory and functioning of assets in collections. Coordinate with IT team on ensuring timely delivery of assets, fixing and replacement of non-functioning assets.

Job Requirements

• Good English communication skill both verbal and written
• Experience in managing team will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Comfortable working in agile, dynamic and fast paced environtment
• Minimum 2 years experience in Training, Learning, Development and People Motivation builder or activation
• Collection background (nice to have)
