People Administration & Operations Jobs

Responsibilities:

• May perform higher-level duties involving employee communications, pre-employment screening, responding to routine questions or human resources policies and procedures, identifying potential issues and complaints, etc.
• Process various confidential forms and records related to the applicant, employment, enrollment, pay change, personal employee information, or other data.
• Communicate progress to the hiring managers, recruiters, and/or applicable HR department daily.
• Provides HR administrative, clerical transactional support to one or more functional area of Human Resources.
• Maintain electronic employee files.
• Maintain and distribute as appropriate, current employee information, policy and procedures documents, and other communications.
• Check emails and respond timely.

Requirements:

• Able to join ASAP
• Minimum 2-years of experience in HR Administration and/or other HR functions
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant major
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• Fluent in English, both oral and written is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel
• Willing to do WFO policy
