Provides HR administrative, clerical transactional support to one or more functional area of Human Resources.

Process various confidential forms and records related to the applicant, employment, enrollment, pay change, personal employee information, or other data.

People management: manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process including the administrative work

Able to prioritize, work independently and manage time effectively

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and GA, preferably from a start-up company

Employment engagement: execute company events

Assist in all-around office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies

Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology or a related major

Current or recent enrollment in a related Bachelor’s degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management).

Provide clerical and administrative support to People Operations team. This includes filing, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining data records.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational, administration skills and attention to detail.

Assist with day-to-day operations of the People Operations functions and duties.

Assist with recruitment efforts. This includes organizing and maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews, communicating with applicants, and participating in selection processes.

English skill is a must

Collaborating with People Operations Team to assist our internal and external program to run smoothly

Manage and own leave management and liability processes ensuring leave is captured for the payroll process.

Coordinate the employee onboarding process, ensuring people experience, compliance and payroll aspects.

At least 1 year of experience in HR, HR Operations, or similar work experience, ideally in a fast paced startup

Degree in HR is preferable. Certifications will be an added advantage.

Prepare official letters to employees and externally (i.e. government authorities) documenting leave of absence, terminations, and other people processes.

Maintain and update reports such as employee work anniversaries, birthdays, Visa tracker, leave report, probation tracker & organization chart.

Have a good analytical thinking, project management, and problem solving skills.

Have great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work closely with People Operation team in handling and documenting data related to new employee.

Provide assistance in answering and recapping employees’ questions through SIRCLO’s internal communications channel on a daily basis.

Pack new employees’ insurance card and blast employee survey as requested.

Final year students or Fresh Graduate is preferred.

Basic time management and administration skills.

A final year student or recent graduate from a reputable university, preferable majoring in psychology or human resource management.

Great communication skills, both verbal and written.

Have a desire to learn and grow themselves.

Know basic human resource function.

Able to work hybrid and fully at working hour.

Coordinate with product management to determine research objectives

The document, report, and present research findings to management and end-users

Create a plan of action, set project goals, and manage to completion

Design surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc. specific to research requirements

Experience within would be a strong advantage.

You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.

Perform detailed data analysis & reconciliation across multiple data sources and maintain the quality of our data repository

Collecting feedback from customers for business units and giving solutions for process improvement

Collaborate with the relevant teams to obtain the latest PIP numbers and update the documents on a weekly basis

Support in product qualification package

Able to work together as team, preferred who have experience in an organization

Co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence

Implement lean manufacturing concept to reduce waste and improve efficiency of repairs product line
