We are looking for a People Operations Intern to join our growing team. You'll actively support in recruitment projects and responsible to assist People Operations in organizing and maintaining administrative task. This role have to make sure day-to-day operations smoothly execute.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts. This includes organizing and maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews, communicating with applicants, and participating in selection processes.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to People Operations team. This includes filing, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining data records.
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws and company people policies.
- Participate in Operations projects (e.g., opening new offline store).
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the People Operations functions and duties.
- Learn about and assist with employee relations. This may include attending meetings, note-taking, and supporting conflict resolution efforts.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, administration skills and attention to detail.
- Self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or related software.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Current or recent enrollment in a related Bachelor’s degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
