  • Provide assistance in answering and recapping employees’ questions through SIRCLO’s internal communications channel on a daily basis.
  • Pack new employees’ insurance card and blast employee survey as requested.
  • Work closely with People Operation team in handling and documenting data related to new employee.
Requirements


  • Independent learner who is proactive and have initiatives to grow.
  • Have great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Final year students or Fresh Graduate is preferred.
  • Have sharp eyes for details, strong curiosity, self-discipline, and a can-do-attitude.
  • Able to commit for a six-month or more full-time internship programme from July 2023.
  • Willing to work from the office in a hybrid arrangement at BSD, Tangerang.
  • Have a good analytical thinking, project management, and problem solving skills.
