People Partner Intern Jobs

BSc in Human Resources Management/ Law or relevant field

Manage and resolve employee relations issues by an effective, thorough and objective investigation

Proven work experience as a Regional HR or similar role

Good knowledge of labor regulations

Manage General Affairs (office assets), general purchasement & vendors

Minimum 3 years of People & Culture experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; must from F&B or hospitality industry

Day-to-day People Partner operational activities (sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees)

Introduce and support People & Culture programs and initiatives to create a unique, successful, and fulfilling workplace.

Make sure that everyone on the team is engaged and productive - the team’s success is your success.

Own the process of all employees’ claims and insurance matters.

Developing & Monitoring Talent Management initiatives

Bachelor's degree from Business Management, Psychology or related fields

Supporting managers/Business Units and employees with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and workplace investigations;

Minimum of 2 years experiences as People Partner/HRBP function.

Excellent in communication and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Understand your client groups’ key talent, their strengths, and development needs, and actively participate in talent management discussions with relevant leaders

Act as a trusted liaison for the organizations you partner with (within the manager and employee base for each client group)

Take opportunities to share knowledge and best practice with other People Business Partners to help them learn and grow

At least 10 years of demonstrated People Business Partner experience (or equivalent) within online or technology-focused organizations

Experience leading teams of people in a People and Culture setting

Experience delivering projects, like talent development and/or recognition programs, across regions and functions

Support Pinhome’s HR strategy effort in the scope of Organization Development, Strategic Management, talent management, and learning & development.

Demonstrated interest in strategic management, performance management, or organizational development.

Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, data visualization software)

Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with data and draw meaningful conclusions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Support all projects associated with developing and retaining Pinhome’s top talents.

Supporting the PABP team in doing talent sourcing activities for various roles and levels throughout the organization.

Fluent both written and oral communication in English

5+ years of demonstrated experience in Project Management and People operations at a multi-national organization

Excellent communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to senior executives

Be the People team primary point of contact for all managers in the respective responsible business units/geographic coverage

Prior leadership experience in a fast growth environment

Proven, deep analytic interest and problem-solving skills

Superb, demonstrated quantitative skills with the highest degree of precision

Memproses semua administrasi yang berhubungan dengan karywan di cabang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, guna meminimalisasi tingkat penyimpangan yang terjadi.

Mengelola dan menyelesaikan masalah hubungan karyawan yang kompleks dengan cara investigasi yang efektif, menyeluruh dan objektif.

Memiliki pengetahuan legal yang mampu melindungi pihak terkait, dan/atau memiliki departemen hukum di perusahaan.

Bekerja sama dengan manajemen dan karyawan untuk memperbaiki hubungan kerja, membangun moral, dan meningkatkan produktivitas dan retensi.

Sending test links and following up on students.

Collect and input students test results on report and drive,

Hand out evaluations forms and process the data result.

Collect attendance and create weekly reminders.

Hand out and analyze pre & post test result.

Assist in the processing of score report.
