People Partner Intern Jobs

Able to work hybrid and fully at working hour.

Responsible and manage the operational of Manpower Project;

Hands-on the negotiation, offering process, and introduction to new employee;

Manage Manpower Database on HRIS and Ms. Excel;

Monitoring and manage the productivity of all employee, include but not limited to absence, discipline, and overtime;

Minimum 1 year experiences as HR Generalist (strong in Recruitment for Telecomunication Industry and Headhunter);

Excellent communication skill to various layer position;

Assist HR manager for end-to-end recruitment process such as sourcing, screening, scheduling interview, interviewing, and acquiring top talents.

Manage any general affair matters.

Preferably have an experience in recruitment.

Collaborate with user for recruitment talent needs.

Help support day-to-day administrative tasks.

To provide advice, guidance and support within all aspects of the employee lifecycle to create an excellent employee experience

Having at least 1 to 2 years experience working in a role as people partner/Generalist is preferred.

At least 5 years of demonstrated People Business Partner experience (or equivalent) within online or technology-focused organizations

Experience delivering projects, like talent development and/or recognition programs, across regions and functions

Experience working within an entrepreneurial organizational/fast-growing culture is preferred

Strong analytical thinking skills in order to analyze people’s data and trends in the Gojek ecosystem

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or business administration, or other relevant educational background

Min. of 5 years experience in a related role

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Works closely with business leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Formulates partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added services to business leaders and employees.

Developing & Monitoring Talent Management initiatives

Bachelor's degree from Business Management, Psychology or related fields

Supporting managers/Business Units and employees with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and workplace investigations.

Minimum of 2 years experiences as People Partner/HRBP function.

Have an experience in a Tech Company is preferred.

Excellent in communication and organizational skills.
