People Partner Jobs

What will you do:

• Be the HR representative to the employee to provide solutions (workforce planning, talent identification, performance management, compensation & benefit, complaint handling, and HR policy)
• Provide documents / letters needed for new existing and former employees
• To provide advice, guidance and support within all aspects of the employee lifecycle to create an excellent employee experience
• To manage and develop relationships with leaders across the BU areas and Partner with leaders to identify talent, strategic resourcing and capability requirements in line with the longer term people needs of the organization.
• Conduct a regular meeting/alignment with key stakeholders from OMO Business Unit
• Maintain HRIS system for the OMO Business unit team member (org structure, direct managers, leave, requested documents, probation status, employment status, etc)

What we’re looking for:

• Having at least 1 to 2 years experience working in a role as people partner/Generalist is preferred.
• Demonstrate an understanding and passion for success through people activities.
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment/start-up environment are preferred.
• Bachelor degree in psychology/human resources from a well-known university is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Able to analyze a problem and collaborate effectively with others to find a solution
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and influencing skills required together with an eye for detail and ‘can do’ attitude
