Day-to-day People Partner operational activities (sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees)

Introduce and support People & Culture programs and initiatives to create a unique, successful, and fulfilling workplace.

Make sure that everyone on the team is engaged and productive - the team’s success is your success.

Own the process of all employees’ claims and insurance matters.

Developing & Monitoring Talent Management initiatives

Bachelor's degree from Business Management, Psychology or related fields

Supporting managers/Business Units and employees with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and workplace investigations;

Minimum of 2 years experiences as People Partner/HRBP function.

Excellent in communication and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

Previous experience in a similar role or internship in HR or talent acquisition is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Collaborate with the People Team to create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent and align with our company values.

Understand your client groups’ key talent, their strengths, and development needs, and actively participate in talent management discussions with relevant leaders

Act as a trusted liaison for the organizations you partner with (within the manager and employee base for each client group)

Take opportunities to share knowledge and best practice with other People Business Partners to help them learn and grow

At least 10 years of demonstrated People Business Partner experience (or equivalent) within online or technology-focused organizations

Experience leading teams of people in a People and Culture setting

Experience delivering projects, like talent development and/or recognition programs, across regions and functions

High ownership and strong project management skills

Bachelor degrees from all departments are welcomed (preferably in Communication, Psychology, Business/Management, or Engineering)

Partnering with leaders and relevant stakeholders to create an Experience program for specific functions/directorates

Manage and assist team activities and engagement preparation with the engagement committee

Manage and monitor team engagement budget utilization for specific functions/directorates

At least 1 year of experience in People Business Partnering or Culture & Engagement would be an advantage

5+ years of demonstrated experience in Project Management and People operations at a multi-national organization

Excellent communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to senior executives

Be the People team primary point of contact for all managers in the respective responsible business units/geographic coverage

Prior leadership experience in a fast growth environment

Proven, deep analytic interest and problem-solving skills

Superb, demonstrated quantitative skills with the highest degree of precision

Manage and own leave management and liability processes ensuring leave is captured for the payroll process.

Coordinate the employee onboarding process, ensuring people experience, compliance and payroll aspects.

At least 1 year of experience in HR, HR Operations, or similar work experience, ideally in a fast paced startup

Degree in HR is preferable. Certifications will be an added advantage.

Prepare official letters to employees and externally (i.e. government authorities) documenting leave of absence, terminations, and other people processes.

Maintain and update reports such as employee work anniversaries, birthdays, Visa tracker, leave report, probation tracker & organization chart.

Responsible and manage the operational of Manpower Project;

Minimum 1 year experiences as HR Generalist (strong in Recruitment for Telecomunication Industry and Headhunter);

Excellent communication skill to various layer position;

Collaborate with internal teams to obtain missing or additional information from customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on KYC requirements, processes, and best practices.

2-3 years of working experience in KYC/merchant onboarding/merchant activation or similar role is preferred.

Experience in law or legal field will be a plus.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as FATF recommendations, local AML laws, and global sanctions regimes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret complex information effectively.
