Responsibilities:

• Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating captivating content for social media platforms and other communication channels.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating company-wide events and activities to foster a vibrant and inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with the People Team to create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent and align with our company values.
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture development.

Requirements:

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role or internship in HR or talent acquisition is a plus.
