What Will You Do

1. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Develop and implement performance management programs and initiatives, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
3. Design and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, ensuring a continuous learning culture.
4. Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a positive work environment.
5. Stay updated on HR trends and regulations to ensure compliance and proactively recommend improvements.

What You Will Need

1. Passionate in the parenting industry
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. At least have experience in the same position for 3-5 years.
4. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address day-to-day operational and strategic HR issues.
7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and embrace a growth mindset.
