Operation Associate Jobs

The job responsibilities include:

• Manage check-in and check-out process, including supervising cleaners, quality check, coordination on maintenance, purchase of supplies, etc
• Build the team to execute the scope above
• Properties onboarding: including apartment design, purchase of decorations, arrange for reparations & general cleaning, etc

Applicants for this position are expected to have the following skills and requirements:

• Ability to use personal transportation for operations
• Willing to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast pace environment
• Having excellent interpersonal skill
• Prior experience in hospitality industry is preferred
• Sociable and outspoken, willing to interact with guests
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Process-driven to the very detail and organized
• Flexible working hours, willing to work during weekendand public holiday
