Funding Operation Associate Jobs

Applicants for this position are expected to have the following skills and requirements:

Manage check-in and check-out process, including supervising cleaners, quality check, coordination on maintenance, purchase of supplies, etc

Prior experience in hospitality industry is preferred

Properties onboarding: including apartment design, purchase of decorations, arrange for reparations & general cleaning, etc

Build the team to execute the scope above

Process-driven to the very detail and organized

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving abilities, communication and interpersonal skills, and good attention to detail.

2+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or operations roles.

Knowledge of relevant industries, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Perform risk management to minimize campaign risks

Internship background in project management or a member of a past organizational group

Manage changes to the campaign scope and campaign timeline

To confirm date availability to all channel owners and align with the Relationship Manager (RM) team

Coordinate with RM for placement details & requirement

Working experience min 1 year, in e-commerce, operations, or agency is an advantage

Minimum 5 years experience in Fintech industry

Experience in Funding & Insurance Operation is advantage

Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills

Managing Funding & Credit Insurance operations

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Insurance Operations activities: register policy, invoice settlement, claim processing, top-up premium, etc

Maintaining relationships with Funding & Insurance partners
