Finance And Operation Associate Jobs

Applicants for this position are expected to have the following skills and requirements:

Manage check-in and check-out process, including supervising cleaners, quality check, coordination on maintenance, purchase of supplies, etc

Prior experience in hospitality industry is preferred

Properties onboarding: including apartment design, purchase of decorations, arrange for reparations & general cleaning, etc

Build the team to execute the scope above

Process-driven to the very detail and organized

Prepare annual tax report & tax queries in collaboration with tax consultant/tax manager.

Minimum 2-4 years relevant working experience. Experienced in tax consulting firm would be an advantage.

Excellent knowledge of local tax regulation.

Having the certification of Brevet A/B/C or USKP is an advantage.

Having a good work ethic, good analytical skills & proactive in a demanding situation

Responsible for calculating and reporting the company's monthly and annual tax returns.

Own FP&A - Weekly Estimate call + Supporting CF in investor activity

Consolidate Business Model and 5 Year Projections by BU leaders

Consolidate & create multiple internal books (base vs stretch)

• Basic finance management knowledge

Assisting Finance and Operation Manager in Finance Management-related tasks which includes :

• Time management and multitasking skills

• Less than 1 year of professional experience in a finance and operation role.
