3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Experience with acquiring partners and account management

Project Management skills Strong business acumen

Execute initiative and strategy together with Partnership Manager/VP of Partnership that rally the organization around the highest leverage growth priorities

Excellent communication skills, good negotiation and good presentation skills

Applicants for this position are expected to have the following skills and requirements:

Manage check-in and check-out process, including supervising cleaners, quality check, coordination on maintenance, purchase of supplies, etc

Prior experience in hospitality industry is preferred

Properties onboarding: including apartment design, purchase of decorations, arrange for reparations & general cleaning, etc

Build the team to execute the scope above

Process-driven to the very detail and organized

At least 15 years of experience in business development at a relevant general insurance company

Experience with reporting directly to the Director levels and CEO

Enlarge the market of the company's banking and leasing clients

Maintain an active target market programme

Coordinate the delivery of quality services

Divulge and maintain the name and image of the company

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving abilities, communication and interpersonal skills, and good attention to detail.

2+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or operations roles.

Knowledge of relevant industries, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
