About The Role

People Experience Partner plays an important role by partnering with Functions to develop a high-touch and high-tech employee experience ecosystem. The role gives you exposure to work daily with Business Leaders to create ‘moments that matter’ in the employee life cycle journey and provide a remarkable working experience.

What You Will Do

• Partnering with leaders and relevant stakeholders to create an Experience program for specific functions/directorates
• Responsible to analyze various data sources (most importantly Employee Engagement Survey) to provide a timely and data-driven Experience intervention for specific functions/directorates
• Assist the internalization of Company Values with creative implementation in local functions/directorates
• Manage and assist team activities and engagement preparation with the engagement committee
• Manage and monitor team engagement budget utilization for specific functions/directorates
• Collaborate with other People team members to co-create People Intervention for specific functions/directorates

What You Will Need

• Passionate in organization culture, employee engagement, and employee wellbeing Good communication, and interpersonal skills and confident in public speaking
• At least 1 year of experience in People Business Partnering or Culture & Engagement would be an advantage
• High ownership and strong project management skills
• Strong analytical skills and have creative problem-solving ability
• Bachelor degrees from all departments are welcomed (preferably in Communication, Psychology, Business/Management, or Engineering)
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral is a must
