To assist the development & deployment of POSM & Display material for both Kitchen/Home Life Category

To assist readiness & instalment of POSM in store level & Demo Team area across Indonesia

To working together with OSE team for GT & MT exhibition and sell-out activity (i.e Trade-in, GWP, etc )

Sending test links and following up on students.

Collect and input students test results on report and drive,

Hand out evaluations forms and process the data result.

Collect attendance and create weekly reminders.

Hand out and analyze pre & post test result.

Assist in the processing of score report.

Job Qualification / Requirement :

Demonstrated experience in evaluating employee data and creating actionable plans

Evaluate existing programs and processes and provide recommendations for improvement
