People Journey & Experience Jobs

This role is responsible for designing and implementing engagement strategies that will enhance team member experience, foster a culture that embodies our core values. • Collaborate on action plans for effective integration of new employees and remote staff through onboarding and orientation
• Partner across the People teams to build and align our system of talent management practices
• Build strong relationships to become a trusted advisor to people across the organization
• Create a roadmap and implement plans to increase employee engagement, retention, and performance in our evolving work environment and develop strategies to address any areas for improvement
• Evaluate existing programs and processes and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Ability to be proactive, solutions-focused, and results-oriented
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating employee data and creating actionable plans
• 6+ years experience in People Operations/Human Resources/Learning & Development/Employer Branding with a focus on employee engagement, employee experience or organizational effectiveness
• Ability to be effective in and comfortable with strategic thinking, project management, as well as tactical implementation

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organizational functions and levels
