Responsibility

• Input into the system finance (NetSuite) business trip submission, reimbursement and realization that has previously been verified
• Create approval document and submit PO for every procurement task through people team
• Compile employee attendance report data
• Ensuring the completeness of Cash Advance documents, reimbursement and reminder

Requirements:

• Willing to work on-site in our HQ Bandung
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in native and English language.
• Able to commit for 3 months period on full-time basis
• Organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail
• Domicile in Bandung area is preferable
• Positive can-do attitude
• Bachelor's degree or final year student from a reputable university
