Have knowledge of SDLC & Agile Project Management Methodology within fast-paced environment

Have experience/knowledge in several banking system

Demonstrate basic command skills for Linux, Solaris, JBoss, Java 8, Oracle DB, .Net, Windows Services, Tectia based for troubleshooting/investigation

Demonstrate basic knowledge of hardware installations & configuration, network, software and application development

Submit Requests and obtain approval for emergency fixes

Maintain update and finishing incident tickets

Set up, configure, and maintain the Completions Management System (CMS) based on corporate standards and client / contract requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ implementation and/or application technical support experience with CMS applications such as

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Completions, Commissioning, and System Turnover

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT discipline, or equivalent work experience

Provide application technical support and guidance for project CMS Administrators or Super Users at the jobsite, fabrication yard, or offshore

Ensure all application and IT issues related to the completions system are properly documented, and tracked in McDermott’s Service Now system

Input into the system finance (NetSuite) business trip submission, reimbursement and realization that has previously been verified

Exceptional oral and written communication skills in native and English language.

Ensuring the completeness of Cash Advance documents, reimbursement and reminder

Create approval document and submit PO for every procurement task through people team

Compile employee attendance report data

Bachelor's degree or final year student from a reputable university

Prior first experience as an Application Support / Quality Assurance / Business Analyst is a plus.

Experience in programming is a plus.

Provide 1st level support to our customers.

Write blog posts to promote the products.

Last year student in bachelor degree with major in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and other engineering majors

Willing to work from office in South Jakarta for 3-6 months
