As Application Production Support Specialist will be responsible handle banking daily operational, user query, incident, and problem management that align with application as part of our strategy for building Service Excellent.

Job Responsibility :

• Support system patches/component upgrades in production
• Maintain update and finishing incident tickets
• Submit Requests and obtain approval for emergency fixes
• Support maintenance infra that related to application, such as upgrade network, upgrade OS, memory update
• Support implementation and health- check
• Submit incident tickets
• Communicate incidents to stakeholders
• Resolution and Recovery
• Diagnosis and Investigation
• Handle test DR and BCP

Job Requirement:

• Have experience/knowledge in several banking system
• Have strong analytical thinking
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Minimum 3-5 years as IT Application Specialist and Technical Support in Banking/Fintech industries
• Developing solutions or deepening the understanding of the topic
• Have knowledge of SDLC & Agile Project Management Methodology within fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of hardware installations & configuration, network, software and application development
• Proficiency with English (written and oral) is a must
• Demonstrate basic command skills for Linux, Solaris, JBoss, Java 8, Oracle DB, .Net, Windows Services, Tectia based for troubleshooting/investigation
• Identifying a topic, problem or issue
• Gathering information through testing and observation
