Application Production Support Specialist Jobs

1. Minimum 3.5 years using Java knowledge

Have knowledge of SDLC & Agile Project Management Methodology within fast-paced environment

Have experience/knowledge in several banking system

Demonstrate basic command skills for Linux, Solaris, JBoss, Java 8, Oracle DB, .Net, Windows Services, Tectia based for troubleshooting/investigation

Demonstrate basic knowledge of hardware installations & configuration, network, software and application development

Submit Requests and obtain approval for emergency fixes

Maintain update and finishing incident tickets

4. Willing to be placed in Banking Industry

5. Shifting & working hours 24/7

•Having knowledge about cGMP especially at Pharmaceutical company

•S1 Pharmacy, preferable Apothecary (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

•Active English both written and spoken is an advantage

•Willing to be placed in Cikarang

•Handling document for cGMP compliance

•Assisting activities at production including MOP, SOP, MSP related to process or production machine, and batch record

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and execution.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency in quality control methodologies and process improvement techniques.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Follow up feature pipeline with Product Manager and actively push for a resolution.

Help produce steps for the quick fix, document the quick fix and perform the quick fix required.

Monitor and answer query through Slack Channel, ensure that support is provided when needed.

Work in shift to cover public holiday and Saturday (still five days a week of work).

Good understanding of SQL Queries.
