Help Style Theory’s Customer’s Service solve the production problem

As SEA biggest fashion subscription platform, Style Theory empowers women across the region through an option of a sustainable, green, and smart fashion consumption. While quality assurance is deeply ingrained as part of software development lifecycle, the speed of our development process sometimes produces unexpected side effects on many phases of our customer journey.

As a QA production support, you will be responsible to solve the needs of customer service and operations (inbound and outbound) needs through the quick fix and help ensure that the required missing features is put within the product pipeline. You will be exposed to the understanding of product flows of our entire application, making your position critical as the bridge for all squad.

You will:

• Work in shift to cover public holiday and Saturday (still five days a week of work).
• Work closely with Customer Service and Operation stakeholders to determine supports needed for Customer Service and push the permanent solution through product pipeline.
• Monitor and answer query through Slack Channel, ensure that support is provided when needed.
• Follow up feature pipeline with Product Manager and actively push for a resolution.
• Work closely with Tech Lead and QA from each squad to build an understanding of the type of support needed for each squad.
• Help produce steps for the quick fix, document the quick fix and perform the quick fix required.

You will be a great fit for this role if you:

• Good understanding of SQL Queries.
• Loves to communicate with other people.
• Love to make it another people’s job easier.
• Have a background in quality assurance, or software engineering, or Information System graduates.
