Job Description
Role Responsibilities


Incident Management


  • Manage application availability with defined outage and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Prepare Impact Analysis for all incidents.
  • Manage Customer impacted non high severity Incidents and recovery activities.
  • Perform routine Application Health checks.
  • Define incident action items and follow-up for closure.
  • Manage High Severity Incidents and participate recovery activities.


Problem Management


  • Root cause analysis for high impact incidents.
  • Follow-up on preventive action implementation and closure.
  • Defining Preventive actions.


Change Management


  • Review all interface changes.
  • Review all application changes and assess the impact.
  • Implementation of changes in production.
  • Verification of application health and availability.
  • Review all infra changes and assess the impact.


Strategy


  • Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role


Business


  • Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates


Processes


  • Responsible for executing and supervising the Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management process.


People & Talent


  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners


Risk Management


  • The ability to interpret the Group’s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures


Governance


  • Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group’s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business


Regulatory & Business Conduct


  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead the Lead the Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles. Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
