Production Technology Coordinator Jobs

Responsible for executing and supervising the Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management process.

Manage High Severity Incidents and participate recovery activities.

Manage Customer impacted non high severity Incidents and recovery activities.

Manage application availability with defined outage and ensure SLA compliance.

Prepare Impact Analysis for all incidents.

Returns Management: You’ll document return packages and send repair instructions to smiths on the Order Design Sheet

You’re fluent in inventory management and have no trouble mastering new systems and procedures and can quickly adapt to changes

Don’t have the analytical skills to manage inventory and production effectively

Production and Manufacturing: You'll be a key communicator with suppliers and manage tasks such as gold alloying and rhodium plating

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Films and Television (or related)

Fluent in English both speaking and writing

Support the post managers reviewing schedules, budgets, quotes, and workflows

Track and manage post schedules, keeping stakeholders apprised of status

Update and manage internal databases and trackers

Set up and manage dailies and cut viewing access for shows

Has experience working with local or regional vendors (editorial, sound, color, VFX) on independent or studio feature films and TV series

Strong written and verbal communication skills
