As our Astronaut, your missions are:

Design and maintain audit reports/dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) for stakeholders to monitor their business process.

Present information using data visualisation techniques.

Support the document screening process in Astro (audit checklist, SOP Review, etc).

Support business improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

In order to launch successfully, you need to have:

Final year student/fresh graduate preferably majoring in Statistics, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering.

Excellent skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (comfortable using complex formulas).

Passionate about quality and process improvement.

Able to convey data & insights through appropriate visualisation techniques (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and fast learner.

Willing to commit for a minimum 3 months internship with hybrid working arrangement.

Having experience in the logistics industry or audit process is a plus.
