Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor Degree
• Have experience in Manual and Automation testing
• Have experience as QA Lead or similar role

s:

• Create test coverage documentation, test execution plans and metrics reports
• Make a project scope plan from initiation to closing status
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Improve the testing process to get root cause analysis, correction, and prevention
• Have team management skills in order to be able to divide the work evenly and ensure the project can run well according to requests from the product team
• Continuous improvement, helps define, improve and implement processes and testing tool
• Conduct knowledge transfer and communication process with all teams
• Test Management, ensure effective and efficient testing processes and tools using techniques such as White box, Gray Box, Black box, Test-to-Pass, Test-to-Fail and automation
• Responsible for the management and coordination of all test activities on the project assigned including definition of test approach, estimation of test effort, progress reporting and status, training and education on D&B QA processes and tools
• Define project requirements and outcomes by scope
• Provide continuous review and recommendations for process improvement related to reporting status/dashboard and QA
