Membuat/merevisi kebijakan dan prosedur audit agar senantiasa update dan sesuai standard yang ada ataupun sesuai dengan best practices yang ada.

Melakukan review quality assurance atas kertas kerja tim audit.

Mengkoordinir Pelaksanaan pemantauan audit intern terintegrasi pada LJK dalam Konglomerasi Keuangan Mega Corpora

Min. S1, diutamakan lulusan Akuntansi atau jurusan lain yang relevan

Excellent skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (comfortable using complex formulas).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

Having experience in the logistics industry or audit process is a plus.

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

Design and maintain audit reports/dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) for stakeholders to monitor their business process.

Present information using data visualisation techniques.

Manages day-to-day operation of the HR Compliance.

At least 1 year of experience in similar fields would be a plus point.

Experience with the SAP HCM program.

Have good interpersonal communication skills to coordinate with internal and external parties.

Develops, initiates and revises policies and procedures for the HR System of the Compliance Program.

Collaborates with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.

Membuat penjadwalan, melaksanakan dan membuat laporan audit supplier serta toll manufactur

Membuat protokol, melaksanakan, dan membuat report kualifikasi personel dan kualifikasi supplier

Membuat penjadwalan dan melaksanakan inspeksi internal

Melakukan evaluasi batch record untuk pelulusan produk

Well understand of Quality Management process and product

Proven experience as compliance manager

Experience in wooden furniture/woodworking is preferable

In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations

Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping

Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
