It Production Support Delivery Channel

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for IT Production Support Delivery Channel who will be responsible for the following:

• Establish and build collaborative working relationship with business users, project team and IT Partners
• 24/7 support for critical situations
• Manage day to day incidents/service requests and problems in production applications
• Involved in IT Project, Internal/Exteranl Audit process
• Responsible for ensuring all DR Plans are compliant with standards, which include annual testing and documentation
• Ensuring all SLAs defined for Production Support are met
• Handling multiple vendors/party
• Responsible for resolving incident/service request/problem tickets and coordinate incidents solving activities
• Create root cause analysis in case of incident and problem

For this position, we will need someone who:

• Make decisions and solve problems. Excited to learn and explore a new things
• Critically thinking and having teamwork skill
• Experience in core banking system (T24 will be an advantage)
• Min S1 Information Technology
• Knowledge in database application (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Production support/IT Application support
• Knowledge of API or ISO Messaging
• Experience in ATM Switching system, internet and mobile banking, payment system or open banking is an advantage
• Experience with scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Experience handling multiple vendors/party
• Communicate well with team, userts and IT Partners
