It Operations & Support Jobs

:

• Set and implement user access controls.
• Work with IT operations to set up a shared disaster recovery/ business continuity plan.
• Perform regular audits to ensure security practices are compliant.
• Set up patch management systems to update applications automatically.
• Support end user.
• Work with HR and/ or team leads to educate employees on how to identify suspicious activity.
• Deploy endpoint detection and prevention tools to thwart malicious hacks.
• Monitor network and application performance to identity and irregular activity.
• Implement comprehensive vulnerability management systems across all assets on-premises and in the cloud.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems.
• Mastering and understanding wired and wireless networks.
• At least 1 Year work experience as IT Support, System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
• Have good communication skill.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues PC/ Laptop.
• Familiar with windows server and linux.
• Be proactive & solution oriented.
• Understanding active directory.
• Daily backup server windows server and linux.
• Understanding configuration router and access point.
