Collaborate with other team or brand to manage article & journal.

Create & analyze data insight report from user.

Create media order report from Account Team.

Set up patch management systems to update applications automatically.

Implement comprehensive vulnerability management systems across all assets on-premises and in the cloud.

Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems.

At least 1 Year work experience as IT Support, System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.

Set and implement user access controls.

Monitor network and application performance to identity and irregular activity.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.

Provide support to the operations manager in the day-to-day running of the organization

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (SUM, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot)

Active & Fast Response in Answering Customer Questions (Even Outside Office Hours)

Dedication and discipline with a willingness to learn and grow.

Arrange & monitor all E-Commerce orders daily

Customer Service for all E-Commerce (maintain 99% chat response)

Define and analyze the overall team needs to be based on competency and skill gap required.

Minimum of 2 years experience as a trainer.

Possess good communication skills, critical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.

Provide training sessions for new-hire and existing operation members based on needs, including onboarding, good case practice sharing, and refresher.

Update and maintain documentation of the most current operational process to be used for training material.

Conduct training practice for overall level performers, emphasizing low-performer members and measuring standards to ensure quality output.
