Operations Support (Trainer) Jobs

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Provide training sessions for new-hire and existing operation members based on needs, including onboarding, good case practice sharing, and refresher.
• Collaborate with respective function lead to ensure the training is delivered according to the business needs.
• Support team to analyze performance to make improvements.
• Define and analyze the overall team needs to be based on competency and skill gap required.
• Coordinate with the HR onboarding team regarding the placement of newly-hired team members.
• Conduct training practice for overall level performers, emphasizing low-performer members and measuring standards to ensure quality output.
• Ensure the smooth process of new Team members to understand and demonstrate the correct usage of work tools, best practices, and do & don'ts.
• Update and maintain documentation of the most current operational process to be used for training material.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a trainer.
• Trainer from collection/financial services background preferred. Trainers from target-orientation functional roles can be considered.
• Proficient in using Excel / G-sheet & PowerPoint / G-slide
• Possess good communication skills, critical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
