Bachelor's or diploma's degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or relevant field

Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable

Solid experience with Ms. Office and Google Apps

Experience in handling FSI or BUMN accounts

Manage the identification of performance gaps and ramifications and lead the development of corrective actions that tackle the root causes

Ensure that periodic spot surveys are conducted in order to assess the employee help desk performance and identify areas of improvement

Support the development of IT service catalogue and ensure it is up to date

Support the negotiation, implementation and monitoring IT service level agreements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident and problem management, preferably in a complex IT environment.

Excellent knowledge of ITIL principles and incident and problem management frameworks.

Develop and implement incident and problem management policies, procedures, and best practices.

Provide training and guidance to IT staff on incident and problem management processes and tools.

Strong technical expertise in incident and problem management tools.

Understanding of production support processes, including change management and release management
