We’re currently looking for an IT Operations on behalf of our client, a telecommunication industry based in Jakarta.

Job description:

- Handling as L1 Team to handle and monitor system.

- Fast response and Handling every case by Ticketing System, WA group and Email.

- Monitor and maintain application system.

- Coordinate with internal and external team to resolved issue.

- Able to work as a team and support 24 x 7 (3 shift)

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience

- Have knowledge and familiar with Linux.

- Professional, Hardworking and Disciplined.

- Minimum S1, preferably majoring in IT

- Preferably a minimum of 1 years experiences in same position (capital market / Banking sector)
