What you would be doing:
● Responsible for training all agents assigned to the program/project.
● Designs course curriculum based on needs analysis, customer and employee feedback, leadership requests, industry best practices, and existing training strategies.
● Maintains awareness of training delivery calendar.
● Responsible for the delivery of both Alpha Iota and program-specific soft skills, sales, and/or technical training.
● Provides feedback to management regarding process improvements and content gaps, provides feedback on changes required to methods or procedures.
● Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes task ownership.
● Conduct and/or participates in formal walk-through of training materials (and make revisions with course development, as necessary.
● Monitor the agent’s progress throughout the duration of the training, providing coaching and developmental feedback.
● Utilize effective presentation skills including creative training techniques, accelerated learning techniques and Adult learning techniques.
● Develop and maintain training tools, including worksheets, templates, databases, and reports.
● Ad-hoc task assigned by Training Lead/ Operations Lead.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
● Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
● Minimum 2 years training related experience in BPO/Contact center. Has experience in the delivery classroom and virtual training.
● Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Docs, Discord, and Email.
● Strong mentoring skills, presentation, and team-building skills.
● Passion for crafting high-quality learning experiences.
● Ability to gather and analyze data and make recommendations to manage growth and change.
● Must have outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills
● Proactive, efficient, quick to learn, and has a strong work ethic.
● Eager to work in a small team and fast-paced environment.
● A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial mindset, to work independently when required.
● Comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones.
● Has an adaptable mindset, enthusiastic about learning, and prior knowledge in conducting advanced research
● Willingness to keep up-to-date of new techniques in corporate training
