Hrbp Supervisor Jobs

Organizing, controlling, and executing Human Resource (HR) functions in accordance with company regulations, and acting as a business partner to achieve productivity in the handled department or division.

Responsibility:

1. Developing Manpower Planning (MPP) and executing employee selection processes, both internally and externally, according to the agreed workforce requirements to acquire candidates that align with the company's needs.
2. Mapping, planning, implementing, and evaluating employee training and development programs based on agreed-upon Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Individual Career Plans (ICPs) to enhance employee skills.
3. Collaborating with users to create Individual Performance Plans (IPPs), monitoring and evaluating employee performance, and devising strategies to enhance employee and related division productivity.
4. Conducting employee engagement activities to foster stronger connections and commitment among fellow employees and the company, as well as creating a harmonious work environment.
5. Monitoring, evaluating the implementation of company policies and regulations, and identifying potential industrial relationship issues to improve discipline and minimize employee violations, including taking actions against employee violations.

Qualification:

• Able to design and evaluate effective organization structure, competencies dictionary, job analysis, management strategy and company culture.
• Male / Female
• At least 3 years of working experience as Organizational Development
• Bachelor degree, majoring in Psychology or Management
• Placement: South Jakarta
