• Conduct training practice for overall level performers, emphasizing low-performer members and measuring standards to ensure quality output.
• Collaborate with respective function lead to ensure the training is delivered according to the business needs.
• Ensure the smooth process of new Team members to understand and demonstrate the correct usage of work tools, best practices, and do & don'ts.
• Update and maintain documentation of the most current operational process to be used for training material.
• Define and analyze the overall team needs to be based on competency and skill gap required.
• Support team to analyze performance to make improvements.
• Coordinate with the HR onboarding team regarding the placement of newly-hired team members.
• Provide training sessions for new-hire and existing operation members based on needs, including onboarding, good case practice sharing, and refresher.

Requirements

• Familiar in e-commerce customer behaviour and business, at least have experience using e-commerce platforms as buyer and seller once
• Proficient in using Excel / G-sheet & PowerPoint / G-slide
• Preferably max 27 years old
• Excellent time management skills
• Well groom
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
• Good communication skills, critical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Minimum of 1 years experience as a trainer in BPO or relevant work experience
